DoÄŸan HATUN
Co-Mayor of Diyarbakır Metropolitan MunicipalityÂ
Doğan Hatun was born in Kulp, Diyarbakır in 1985. He majored in Mining Engineering at Dicle University.
From 2016 to 2023, he served as co-chair of the Chamber of Mining Engineers and Secretary of the TMMOB (Union of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects) Diyarbakır Provincial Coordination Board.
He has also been active in civil society, serving as a spokesperson for the Labor and Democracy Platform and as a board member of the Diyarbakır City Protection and Solidarity Platform.
