To access the GETEM E-Library services (of which Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality is a corporate member) hosted by Boğaziçi University, applicants must submit the following to the Social Services Disabled Unit:

1. A photocopy of their identity card

2. A photocopy of their disability report

After submission, you will receive a username and password under the corporate membership. You can then log in at http://www.getem.boun.edu.tr/ to use the E-Library services.
